1. Introduction & Ownership

ANIAH Digital Albums ("we", "our", or "the Service") provides a private, multi-tenant digital archive that allows families and authorized members to organize photos, documents, and media links.

2. User Data & Google Drive Integration

Our application operates on a "Bring Your Own Storage" (BYOS) model. When you upload photos, documents, or media links, they are transmitted securely and stored directly in your designated Google Drive folder. We do NOT host or sell your personal files on third-party servers.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

ANIAH Digital Albums' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use your Google Drive files or personal content to develop, train, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

4. Data Security

All communications between your browser, Cloudflare Pages, Firebase, and Google Apps Script are protected by industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption. Sensitive user passcodes are hashed using PBKDF2 salted encryption.

By accessing or using ANIAH Digital Albums, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Responsibility & Passcodes

Each family member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and passcodes. Any activity conducted through your member account is your sole responsibility.

3. Acceptable Content

You agree not to upload content that violates copyright laws, contains malware, or infringes upon personal privacy rights. The service is strictly intended for private family memories, photos, documents, and reference media.

4. Disclaimer & Google Services

Storage availability is subject to Google Drive API availability and your individual Google account quota. ANIAH Digital Albums is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To initialize your private vault, simply send us these 3 details:

1. Your Desired App / Tenant ID: Choose a unique name for your family album (e.g. ibrahim, smith, khan, ali).
2. Your Personal Recovery Email: Used strictly for security so you can receive official password reset links if you ever forget your passcode.
3. Your Google Drive Folder ID: The private folder in your Google Drive where your files will live, shared with infochakwal777@gmail.com as an Editor so the app can save files directly to your storage.

3. DELIVERY & ACCESS

Immediate Provisioning: We will initialize your private tenant space immediately upon receiving your details.

• Your Admin Login Credentials: Default Admin User ID and secure passcode to manage family members and media.

1. Open your Google Drive ↗ and create a folder named: My Family Album.
2. Right-click the folder, click Share, and:
   • Invite: infochakwal777@gmail.com
   • Set permission to: Editor ✏️
3. Copy your folder link (or Folder ID) and send it to us via WhatsApp or Email!
